Who are we?

As a small, family-owned business, we’ve been purchasing pallets for some time now. Recently, we decided to take things up a notch and transform these treasures into Mystery Boxes—a venture filled with excitement and surprises! Each box is a bundle of unexpected delights and fantastic gifts waiting to be discovered.We hope you take a chance on the unexpected, and experience the joy of unboxing a mystery box!

Do you purchase your items?

Yes! We purchase everything in bulk pallets and auctions. These pallets primarily comprise items returned to online retailers, making them the rightful property of these companies. They then resell these items in bulk. Our pallets are primarily Amazon returns, also Wal-Mart, Target, and some unclaimed mail.

Do you open the boxes?

We open the larger boxes, but do not open the items. We move them into multiple size options to be purchased here on the website. We put together each mystery box by hand.

Can I choose what goes into my box?

Durning checkout you can choose items to EXCLUDE from you box, these options include: pet items, items for children, items for men, items for women.

What type of items are packaged in the boxes you sell?

Although the contents of these packages are usually random, previous customers have discovered a wide variety of items ranging from electronics (such as wireless headphones, computer accessories, phones, gadgets, LED lights, and signs), to books, toys and games, clothing items and accessories, jewelry, shoes, beauty products, personalized items, trendy gift items, tools, home decor, knock-off items, branded merchandise, and much more. Essentially, if it’s available for sale on an online platform, it’s likely to be found among our packages.

What is the quality of the items?

The items we receive in our bulk pallets are returned products from Amazon, Walmart, Target and various other online retailers. While the majority of these items will be in newer condition, some could be used, broken or missing parts. We also receive “shelf-pulls” which are all new items. If we can visible discern that an item is not in good condition we do not include it in any of our mystery boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

[Due to the recent hurricanes in the South East, some of our pallets have been delayed, and may affect shipping times. Our aim is to ship same-day, currently, shipping may be delayed 2-3 days] If you order by 2:00 pm EST, we ship your items same day. After 2:00 pm, your items will ship on the next day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Saturday, or on Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. We ask that you allow 5-7 days from the date of your order before contacting us.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We post photos of actual shipped boxes to our social media pages and here on our website.

Can I return the items if I do not like what I receive?

We do not accept returns. We have photos of actual boxes shipped on our website and our social media pages. We do hope you enjoy the mystery and fun of opening your boxes. The items that may not be to your liking could make a great gift or donation to a local charity.
